These clusters of crunchy peanuts and sweet chocolate are so easy to make. Add a batch to your Christmas baking, eat them all yourself, or give them as a gift!
Start by melting the chocolate. This can be done in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate. (Toss in a few mini marshmallows for a rocky road candy if you want.)
Stir until the peanuts and chocolate are well combined.
Spoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Add sprinkles or salt before the chocolate has fully set. Let the candy rest for about 20 minutes to harden.
Store chocolate covered peanut clusters in an airtight container at room temperature. Mini muffin cups are a fun way to present them if giving as a gift.
