Baking powder, baking soda, salt
Buttermilk, eggs, vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to the dry ingredients.
Whisk the ingredients until you have a thick batter. Add a bit more buttermilk if you like thinner pancakes.
Pour batter onto a hot griddle. Cook until bubble form, then flip and cook about a minute longer.
