1 Box spice cake mix Ingredients to make cake Vanilla instant pudding Frozen whipped topping Ground cinnamon
Bake the cake according to box directions and allow it to cool. Then poke holes over the top of the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
Mix the eggnog and vanilla pudding just until it begins to thicken. Spoon over the cake, filling the holes, then spread the remaining pudding over the surface of the cake.
Top the cake with the thawed whipped topping and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Top with candied cranberries, nuts, or caramel if desired.
