Make the pastry and gently press it into 24 muffin cups. Or thaw 24 frozen tart shells.
Mix all of the ingredients for the filling in a large bowl until well mixed.
Scoop the filling into the tart shells filling to about three quarters full.
Bake the tarts for about 30 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set. Then allow to cool and remove from the pan.
