Granulated sugar, powdered sugar
Lemon juice, lemon zest
Baking powder, salt
Mix the ingredients for the crust. Press it into a 9x9 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the filling. Pour it over the slightly cooled crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
Remove the cooled lemon bars from the pan. Dust with powedered sugar and cut into squares.
