Extra creamy and full of flavour, these ranch mashed potatoes are the perfect side dish for any occasion. Made with sour cream, butter, ranch seasoning and fresh herbs for the ultimate dish.
Peel the potatoes and chop into evenly sized cubes.
Add the potatoes to a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add the butter, sour cream and ranch seasoning. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add the fresh herbs and stir to combine.
Move the potatoes to a serving bowl, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
