Light fluffy biscuits with savoury herbs, perfect with any meal. Made with cottage cheese, instead of butter, they come together quickly and easily. Serve with a big bowl of soup or stew, or with egg and bacon for a tasty breakfast sandwich.

Place all of the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine, or stir with a wooden spoon.

Whisk together the egg, cottage cheese, milk and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.  Or simply slice into triangles.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the biscuits on the tray so they are just barely touching. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve! Delicious with some softened butter, or dipped in your favourite creamy soup.
