Roasted garlic compound butter is flavourful and delicious. It is perfect for garlic bread, mashed potatoes, or adding extra flavour to grilled steak or sautéed mushrooms. Or simply place it on the dinner table to spread on some fresh, crusty bread
You can use store-bought roasted garlic or roast your own in the oven or air fryer. Wrap it tightly in aluminum foil, coat it in olive oil, and roast until soft and tender.
Place the softened butter, roasted garlic, and dried parsley into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well combined.
Scoop the butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to set.
Unwrap the chilled butter and serve. Use a butter knife to cut into slices, or serve whole on a butter dish.
