Mix the ingredients for the dough in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Then turn out onto a floured surface.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, then spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls. Place the rolls in a baking pan and let rise until doubled.
Bake the rolls for approximately 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Mix the ingredients for the icing and ice the rolls before serving.
