Buffalo Chicken Totchos
Crispy tater tots with layers of spicy buffalo chicken and cheese, topped with blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese and green onion. These tater tot nachos are quick and easy and are great as a meal or for sharing with friends.
- 2 Pounds Tater tots
- 2 Cups Shredded chicken breast cooked
- 1/2 Cup Hot sauce plus more for drizzle
- 1/4 Cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing plus more for drizzle
- 2 Cups Shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 Cup Crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sliced green onion
Cook the tater tots according to package direction.
In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Combine the hot sauce mixture with the shredded chicken.
Remove the tater tots from the oven and place half of the tots on a 9x13 baking sheet or in an oven save skillet.
Top the tater tots with half of the chicken and shredded monterey jack cheese, then repeat the layers ending with the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with additional hot sauce and dressing, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and sliced green onions.
