Gluten-free and vegetarian, these tofu nuggets are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and absolutely delicious.

Cut the tofu into cubes then batter the tofu by dipping in the flour, followed by the egg and then the flour and egg again.

Prepare the Tofu

Place the tofu in an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and cook at 370°F for 4 minutes. 

Cook the Tofu

After 4 minutes, slide the parchment paper out of the basket, flip the tofu and cook another 4 minutes.  Remove and serve.
