Spoon about two teaspoons of chocolate into each silicone mold cavity and use a pastry brush to spread the chocolate. Make sure to get all the way to the edge. Let it set, then repeat.
Fill the Chocolate Bombs
Let the chocolate shells set. Stretch the silicone mold to loosen the shells, then add a scoop of hot chocolate mix and some mini marshmallows to six of the chocolate shells.
Remove from the mold and heat the edge
Remove the empty halves from the mold. Working one at a time, heat the edge of a shell on a warm plate.
Seal the Hot Chocolate Bombs
Place the empty shell on a filled shell and press gently for 2 or 3 seconds to fuse the halves together. Then gently release the bottom shell from the mold.
Decorate the Hot Chocolate Bombs
Drizzle a bit of melted chocolate over the sealed hot chocolate bomb and decorate it with candy sprinkles.
Make the Hot Chocolate
Place one or two cocoa bombs into a mug. Add 12-16 ounces of hot milk and stir. Top with marshmallows, sprinkles, and chocolate sauce if desired.
