Creamy, decadent truffles made with only four ingredients! These chocolate cream cheese truffles are super soft on the inside and are coated in a crisp chocolate shell.

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer or stand mixer until well blended.
Melt the chocolate chips and add to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined. If you are adding flavour extracts add them now.
Roll the truffles into small balls. Melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave or double boiler and dip each truffle in the melted chocolate. Place on a baking sheet so the shell can set.
Decorate the truffles as desired with chocolate drizzle or candy sprinkles.
