Tangy fruit and sweet mini marshmallows folded into a creamy mix of whipped topping and sour cream.  This fluffy salad can be a side dish or dessert. Add some nuts or coconut for added flavour and texture.

Fluffy ambrosia salad is a delicious and fun side dish for your next holiday meal. It is easy to prepare with simple ingredients and can be customized in a variety of ways.

Drain the fruit well and add it to a large bowl. 

Add the mini marshmallows and nuts and stir to combine. 

In a medium size bowl, fold the sour cream and whipped topping together, then add to the fruit and gently stir to combine.

Once mixed, let the salad rest in the fridge for a couple of hours to plump the marshmallows and make it fluffy. 

Move the salad to a serving bowl, top with chopped nuts and cherries, if desired and serve!
