The mini size of these pizzas makes them perfect quick meals, snacks, or appetizers. Good hot or cold, they are perfect for kids' lunch boxes or after-school snacks. Serve them on an appetizer platter on game-day, or set up a pizza bar and let everyone make their own!
Remove the biscuits from the tube and separate them. Flatten the biscuits with your hands or a rolling pin.
Place the flattened biscuits on a prepared baking sheet. Spread some pizza sauce on each crust then add ham, pepperoni, or any other topping.
Add shredded cheese to each pizza. You can use mozzarella, cheddar, or any cheese blend you like.
Pop them in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve them whole, or cut into halves or wedges for smaller appetizer bites. Serve with a dish of pizza sauce, or ranch dip on the side.
