Crispy egg rolls filled with ground beef, cheese and seasonings. Air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls turn your favorite buger into a delicious finger food.
Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic until they begin to soften. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Drain any fat from the pan, then stir in the relish, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the shredded cheese and stir to combine until the cheese is mostly melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place a wrapper on your work surface with a point facing you. Add a couple tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center or the wrapper from point to point, horizontally, then fold the corner facing you over the filling.
Fold each side point over the filling.
Roll the egg roll into a log. Add a dab of water to the top corner and gently press it to the egg roll to seal.
Place the rolled egg rolls in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if you need to.
Lightly spray the tops with olive oil, or add a very light coating using a pastry brush. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the egg rolls for 7-9 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
