These chicken thighs are tender and juicy, perfect with a salad, simple side, or sandwich. They make a great weeknight dinner, and leftovers are ideal for the lunchbox.

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs about 6 thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Place the chicken in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat.
Combine the brown sugar and spices in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the chicken thighs, tossing to make sure they are fully coated.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in an air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set the air fryer to 380°F and cook for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown and the juice runs clear when the chicken is pierced with a fork.If using a meat thermometer, the chicken should be 165°F. Remove from the air fryer and serve.
