Ingredients

  • 4 (7 inch) pita bread pocket style
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Brush melted butter over one side of each pita, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Flip the pita over and brush with the remaining butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Cut each pita into eight wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  • Place the pita wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pita chips feel crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and move the chips to a cooling rack. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
  • Move the cooled pita chips to an airtight container or ziplock bag. They should keep for about a week.
