A creamy blend of mayonnaise and horseradish, this easy horseradish mayo is a flavourful spread or dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

**Storage time will be affected depending on expiry dates of ingredients used to prepare the recipe or if you used homemade ingredients**
You can use full fat, light, or vegan mayonnaise in this recipe.
The spice level in this recipe will depend on the heat in the horseradish.  If you don't like a lot of spice choose mild horseradish, if you like a lot of heat you can select a spicier one.
