Add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir until well mixed.
This tartar sauce is best if it has time to rest (1 hour), but can be served immediatly.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
If you would rather use fresh dill, increase to 2 tablespoons.I find salt is not needed in this recipe as the dill pickles, pickle juice and capers add enough, but you can salt to taste if needed.
