A creamy, tangy mayo with a hint of sweetness. Honey mustard mayo is a simple condiment that mixes mayonnaise, mustard, honey and a squeeze of lemon. A delicious spread or dip!

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use, or up to two weeks.
Start with two tablespoons of mustard. After mixing, if you want a stronger mustard flavour you can add more.
You can change the flavours by using different mustard, such as dijon or hot.
Makes approximately 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.
