The raspberry lemon drop martini is a refreshing cocktail with freshly crushed raspberries, lemon juice, and vodka. This cocktail is delicious in the summer when fresh berries are in season. Perfect for sipping on the patio on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 4 ounces lemon vodka
  • 2 ounces lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add a handful of raspberries (about 1/4 cup) to a cocktail shaker and using a muddler or spoon, crush the berries to release their juice.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker half way with ice.
  • Add the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Place the lid on the shaker and shake until frosty and cold.
  • Pour the cocktail into two martini glasses, garnish with berries and lemon wedges and serve.
