This Margherita pizza, with tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves, on a crispy flatbread is a quick and easy meal ready in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup basil freshly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with the olive oil and garlic.
  • Top each flatbread with shredded cheese and sliced tomatoes.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
