This Margherita pizza, with tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves, on a crispy flatbread is a quick and easy meal ready in about 15 minutes.

- 2 naan flatbreads
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 cup basil freshly chopped
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with the olive oil and garlic.
Top each flatbread with shredded cheese and sliced tomatoes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
