Wait about 5 minutes until the flour looks sticky, then add the remaining flour mixture and toss again.
Wait another 5 minutes until the coating looks a bit sticky, then place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Give a light spritz with olive oil spray, paying attention to any parts of the wings where the coating looks dry.
Set the temperature to 380°F, cook the wings for 22-25 minutes, and turn halfway through. Wings are done when they are crispy and golden brown. If using an instant-read thermometer, the temperature at the thickest part of the wing should read 165°F.
