Crispy breaded chicken tenders are quick and easy using the air fryer. These delicious chicken strips are made with simple ingredients and are ready in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken tenderloins
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until well beaten.
  • Add the flour to a small bowl. Add the cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes to a separate bowl and mix well.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the flour, turning to coat all sides. Then, dip it in the egg, followed by the cornflake crumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.
  • Place the coated strips in a single layer of the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 370°F and cook the chicken strips for 15-18 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
