Crispy breaded chicken tenders are quick and easy using the air fryer. These delicious chicken strips are made with simple ingredients and are ready in about 30 minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until well beaten.
Add the flour to a small bowl. Add the cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes to a separate bowl and mix well.
Dip each chicken tender in the flour, turning to coat all sides. Then, dip it in the egg, followed by the cornflake crumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.
Place the coated strips in a single layer of the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 370°F and cook the chicken strips for 15-18 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
