Air fryer flatbread pizza is a quick way to enjoy pizza dinner. With just 5 minutes in the air fryer, it has a nice crispy crust and melty, bubbly cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Topping Ideas

  • sliced pepperoni
  • diced ham
  • sliced mushrooms
  • bell peppers
  • sliced or diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble the pizzas, starting with pizza sauce, then add shredded cheese and desired toppings.
  • Place the pizza in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Cook the pizzas at 380°F for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edge of the flatbread is crispy and golden brown.

Notes

If your air fryer does not have a setting for 380°F, reduce the temperature to 375°F.  Cooking time should not change.
