Baked cheeseburger egg rolls stuffed with ground beef, sharp cheddar cheese, diced onion, and relish are delicious snacks or appetizers. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic until they begin to soften. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Drain any fat from the pan, then stir in the relish, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the shredded cheese and stir to combine until the cheese is mostly melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place a wrapper on your work surface with a point facing you. Add a couple tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center or the wrapper from point to point, horizontally, then fold the corner facing you over the filling.
Fold each side point over the filling.
Roll the egg roll into a log. Add a dab of water to the top corner and gently press it to the egg roll to seal.
Place the rolled egg roll on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then repeat with the remaining wrappers until they are all filled.
Lightly spray the tops with olive oil, or add a very light coating using a pastry brush, then place the tray in the oven.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, flip the egg rolls and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
