This easy buffalo chicken flatbread pizza combines two of our favorite things; pizza and buffalo wings. Using leftover rotisserie chicken and store-bought naan bread it come together in minutes
1/4cupblue cheese or ranch dressingplus extra for dipping
2cupscooked chickenshredded or diced
2cupshredded mozzarella cheeseor other cheese of choice
1/4cupblue cheese crumbles
1/4cupsliced green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
In a separate bowl, mix the chicken with half of the hot sauce mixture.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone, then spread the remaining sauce over the two flatbreads.
Top each flatbread with half the chicken and half the shredded cheese. Add a sprinkle of crumbled blue cheese if desired.
Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and serve with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing, hot sauce, and a sprinkle of green onion. Serve with additional blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
