Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza

This easy buffalo chicken flatbread pizza combines two of our favorite things; pizza and buffalo wings.  Using leftover rotisserie chicken and store-bought naan bread it come together in minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads naan, pita bread, etc
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's Red Hot
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing plus extra for dipping
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or other cheese of choice
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the chicken with half of the hot sauce mixture. 
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone, then spread the remaining sauce over the two flatbreads.
  • Top each flatbread with half the chicken and half the shredded cheese.  Add a sprinkle of crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  • Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing, hot sauce, and a sprinkle of green onion.  Serve with additional blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
