A sweet butter with cinnamon, brown sugar, and honey. Perfect for spreading on pancakes, waffles and toast. A delicious way to add flavor to your favorite breakfast treats.

- 1/2 Cup salted butter softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Whip butter until smooth and fluffy using a hand mixer.
Add the honey, brown sugar and cinnamon and beat until well blended.
Cut a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper (about 10x10 inches) and lay it in front of you.
Scoop the butter and place on the wrap/paper.
Roll up and twist the ends, forming a log. Alternatively, you can scoop the whipped butter into a small container or mason jar if you don't need to slice it.
Place in fridge to firm up. (about 30 min)
Serve and enjoy with your favourite pancakes, waffles or toast.
