Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts are quick and easy. Juicy and flavorful, this chicken is great as part of a main meal or sliced and served with salad, sandwiches, or wraps.
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and place a sheet of plastic wrap over top.
With the heel of your hand, or a meat mallet, gently pound the thick end of the chicken breasts so that the chicken breasts are an even thickness throughout.
In a small bowl, combine the seasonings, then sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10-15 minutes until the seasoning no longer looks dry.
Place the chicken on a preheated grill, close the lid, and allow to cook for about 8 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until it is cooked through. They are cooked when the juices run clear when pierced with a fork, or the internal temperature reads 165°F when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
Remove the chicken to a plate, cover with foil, and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
