Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp honey or to taste
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Notes

You can enjoy this sauce immediately, but for an even better flavour allow it to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
For a lighter sauce, you can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
You can use light, non-fat, full fat, or vegan mayo for this recipe.
For spicier sauce add more sriracha.  For sweeter sauce add more honey.
You will get approximately 8 2-tablespoon servings from one batch.
