Move to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
This sauce can be served immediately but will develop an even better flavour if it is allowed to rest at least an hour before serving. To make this sauce milder, omit the sriracha. To make it spicier, increase the sriracha.You can use half-fat, non-fat or full-fat mayonnaise. To make it vegan, use your favourite vegan mayonnaise.
