Made with refrigerated biscuits that have been flattened into rounds and topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, these little pizzas come together in minutes, making them perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits 10 biscuits
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
Topping Ideas
- cooked, crumbled bacon

- sliced mushrooms
- sliced bell pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Open the tube of biscuits, and on a piece of parchment or waxed paper, flatten each biscuit using your hands, or a rolling pin.
Move the flattened biscuits to a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving a bit of room for them to spread.
Add approximately one tablespoon of sauce to each biscuit.
Add the topping of your choice, and then add the shredded cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
