This homemade hot buttered rum mix is quick and easy to make. Warm spices combine with brown sugar, butter and maple syrup for a perfect winter beverage.

1 Cup Salted Butter softened 1 1/4 Cup Dark brown sugar packed 3 Tbsp Real maple syrup 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract 2 tsp Ground cinnamon 2 tsp Fresh ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
In a medium bowl, cream the butter until it is soft and fluffy.
Add the sugar, vanilla and maple syrup and beat for about 1 minute until smooth
Mix in the spices
Transfer mix to an airtight container
