Lemon dill mayonnaise is a creamy dip, spread, or sauce that can be used to flavor your favorite appetizers or sandwiches.  This creamy dill sauce comes together in five minutes with just three simple ingredients and is delicious with seafood or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill fresh, loosely packed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  • Finely chop the dill, then add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Move to an airtight container for storage. It should keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Notes

This mayo can be enjoyed immediately, but the flavor will be even better if you let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
