This sweet and creamy pumpkin fluff dip is the perfect treat for fall. With the warm spices and the flavor of pumpkin pie, this dip is delicious with cookies, cinnamon chips, or fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 3 tbsp butterscotch instant pudding or caramel or vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce or butterscotch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, pumpkin pie spice, and instant pudding.
  • Add the whipped topping and gently fold into the pumpkin until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the dip to thicken and set.
