Place the turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, and seasonings in a mixing bowl and stir to combine the ingredients.
Form the meat into four equal-sized meatballs, then flatten them into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
When the skillet is hot, add the patties and cook for approximately 8 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip and cook for a further 6-8 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the patties are cooked through. They are done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F, as measured with an instant-read thermometer.
Remove from the pan and serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
